As the coronavirus continues to interrupt our daily lives, the wedding and event industry has been uniquely compromised by the new guidelines for preventing the spread of the illness. Couples and families who have planned for the happiest day of their lives are now working to reschedule their events during what was turning out to be one of the most popular years for weddings and events.
We are taking the necessary steps to do all we can to stop the spread of this illness during this crisis. We are staying up to date on the latest developments and information from the CDC, the World Health Organization, and our state and local authorities; practicing social distancing by switching from in-person meetings to online chats; practicing good hand hygiene; and, swapping our hugs for a friendly wave (and we are huge huggers so this is so hard!).
We are more than happy to work with all of our couples in any way possible. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. We are thinking of you all and praying that you all stay safe, healthy, and happy.
Thank you for trusting us with your precious memories. We hope to rejoice in celebration with you again soon.
Absolutely we'd love to help you out! We have plenty of options to choose from and can even make you a custom collection based on your specific needs. Send us a message through our contact form and we can get this party started!
At this time, we're only rescheduling weddings/sessions through the end of July. The truth is we just don't know what is going to happen with the shelter in place order for these Fall months. If it's something you're concerned about, just send us a message and we'd be more than happy to talk through all of your options.
For now you might want to consider having a smaller Elopement with just you and your partner. We've heard incredible stories about couples Factimeing or streaming their elopement to their family and friends. You can always throw a larger get together later and once we're all able to celebrate together again, the party will be all the sweeter!
As soon as the shelter in place order has been lifted we'll be able to more freely schedule sessions and slowly resume business as usual. Right now we're proceeding with a hefty amount of caution while following all CDC guidelines and the guidelines from our local and state authorities.
We totally understand! It's definitely best to reschedule instead of canceling altogether. We're honoring all of our couples deposits or payments so even if you have to reschedule for the next year, you'll be covered.
We wouldn't be worried just quite yet. There are quite a few months between now and then, and with the situation changing daily, it's hard to predict what the situation could be.
However, if you're wedding is in 2021, it may be a good idea to get in touch with your first choice vendors asap. With more and more couples choosing to postpone until next year, wedding/event vendors are going to be filling 2021 dates very quickly.
