I hope that you’re prepared for some serious cuteness! We had so much fun doing Emma’s cake smash for her first birthday. This little one was so cute and and so much fun to photograph. There’s never a dull moment when you’re photographing babies and toddlers!
At first, Emma was very distracted by all the fun things she could find in the park (like the chunk of wood she’s holding in the picture below). But after a quick outfit change and mom and dad brought out the cake, she was fully focused! Although I don’t think I’ve met a kid that didn’t like making a mess…until now. Emma didn’t much care for having the messy frosting all over her hands and she kept trying to wipe it on the grass. She was so cute! But it didn’t take long for her to discover the yummy cake under all of that frosting. Then, of course, she had no problem digging in!
Baby Emma was so happy and giggly during her session, she was having a great time! She certainly did not want to leave at the end, especially after having a taste of her delicious cake!
