Sheridan and I have known Angela since we were in middle school. My father was even one of her teachers back in the day! So you can image how thrilled I was when she asked us to do a family maternity session for her.
Angela requested a location that felt kind of woodsy with lots of nature. We found a cute little park that sits right next to the American River called River Bend Park. It was perfect for what she had in mind. There was lots of trees and water, and even a few animals like deer!
Just a few weeks ago, they found out that their new bundle of joy is going to be another little girl! Poor Joe is going to be really outnumbered now! These two just can’t wait to meet their new little girl and with her due date weeks away, they hopefully won’t have to wait long!
During the entire session their daughter kept wanting to “find the river”. So after toughing through the first part of the shoot, we headed down to the river!
Seriously though, how cute is their daughter?! She’s adorable and so full of life. Not to mention very well mannered and polite. (And lots of fun to thrown rocks with too!)
