Getting married in a heat wave is no joke! This incredible couple’s Apple Hill Bluestone Meadow Wedding just happened to fall on a super hot day when it hit just over 100 degrees! But, Samantha still looked amazing in her lace dress with all the sparkles, and the wedding party’s striking navy suits and dresses perfectly complimented the beautiful sunflower bouquets, perfectly complimenting the surrounding countryside.
The girls got ready at themain house, then we moved to the barn for the first look and wedding party portraits! We tried our best to keep everyone in the shade or the gorgeous barn to t least be out of the heat for a little bit. Their ceremony was beautiful with a stunning stained glass backdrop and sunflower decor, then we took advantage of the breeziness in the shade for some family portraits!
One of our favorite moments of the day was getting to pet and feed Bluestone Meadow’s resident goats and llamas. They had a one-week-old baby goat and it was so incredible to fulfill Samantha’s dream of having goats in her wedding photos.
Even though it was a crazy hot day, we could not be happier to have been a part of this great wedding day. Congratulations Samantha & Cameron!!!
