Earlier this Summer we were honored to photograph Becca + Daniel’s wedding in Garden Valley. They held their wedding at one of their family homes and it couldn’t have been more beautiful!

These two have quite the incredible love story. They originally met and started dating in 7th grade. They stayed together until freshman year before taking a break, but it wouldn’t take long until they came back to each other after graduating from high school.

When Becca told us about how Daniel proposed, we practically swooned! They had gone for a snow mobile ride, and as they got to a top of a hill over looking Lake Tahoe, Daniel popped the question!

After their engagement session earlier this year, we knew that their wedding would be amazing and we were totally right! Becca + Daniel’s wedding was everything we dream of when shooting a wedding. They were not afraid to laugh, especially when their pup Josie started yelping right in the middle of their ceremony. Their family was so warm and welcoming, they made us feel just like a part of the family.

We began the day photographing the guys getting into their suits, and let me tell ya, these guys know how to work the camera! Becca + Daniel wanted to wait to see each other before the ceremony, and let me tell it was worth it. Daniel’s face just lit up like a Christmas tree the moment he saw Becca in her gorgeous wedding gown. The wedding reception was held in barn on their family property that they had built specially for their wedding! It was so great to see all the love their family and friends have for this amazing couple.

Congratulations Becca + Daniel! We couldn’t have been more honored to be a part of your wedding day and we wish you many, many, many more years of happiness together!
