Earlier this year we had the pleasure of photographing Wendy and Dustin’s wedding at the Lake Natomas Inn. They contacted us when their original photographer had to back out of their wedding and we were more than happy to jump in to help.
We started out with getting ready pictures of the bride and groom. Neither of them seemed too nervous, which is always a good thing.
Before we knew it, it was time for the ceremony. Everything was so perfect. The flowers looked amazing and it was great to watch these two giggle with each other during their ceremony.
As a fun little extra, Wendy’s Maid-of-Honor sand a little song during the ceremony and it was a really beautiful moment.
We always like to liven up formal portraits a bit, and what better way than with crazy faces and awesome socks!
Their table centerpieces were absolutely stunning! With the lights the candles just sparkled.
During the mother/son dance, things got real! It was so funny (and awesome) watching Dustin’s Mom get her groove on!
After the bouquet and garter toss, it was time for some dancing!
