After Lauren and Jonathan’s engagement session (over a year ago! Can time stop flying by please?!) We knew their wedding was going to be just perfect. We love being right! These two are super chill, laid back, awesome people, and after seeing them together it’s so easy to see why they are getting married!

Lauren and Jonathan’s wedding was truly a family affair! Jonathan’s aunt and uncle were kind enough to let them use their property right outside of Davis, CA for their wedding. Not only that but Jonathan’s Father was also their officiant! How cool is that?! Our favorite detail of their wedding day though had to have been Lauren’s necklace. Her diamond necklace was made out of a diamond that her father had given to her mother the day she was born. We still get a little misty eyed thinking about it.

One of our favorite parts of the day was during their first look. Lauren and Jonathan had written special vows that they read to each other before all their guests arrived. Their happiness was just so infectious! Their ceremony was definitely one of the shortest ones we’ve seen, but it doesn’t have to be long to be amazing! They both were trying so hard not to cry as Lauren walked down the aisle and it just warmed our hearts to see how proud Lauren’s dad was of his little girl.

It was such an honor to be a part of their wedding day and we absolutely loved working with their families! Congratulations Lauren and Jonathon!
